The harbour lies open between white hills, where colourful stages and quiet boats wait beneath a pale winter sky. Across the water, a distant lighthouse keeps watch, its reflection faintly joining the little village in the blue stillness of the inlet.

Elizabeth created this scene from the echoes of many coastal winters rather than from a photograph.
