1. Program Description

Maritime Seascapes operates a text message program for customers and subscribers who ask to receive messages from us. The program sends:

Order confirmations, production updates, and shipping notifications

Replies to questions you send us

Occasional news about new work, collections, and studio updates, where you have consented to marketing messages

The program is operated by Willabeth Capital Corporation, carrying on business as Maritime Seascapes, 1727 - 400 Gower Point Rd, Gibsons British Columbia V0N 1V0.

2. Consent

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, at checkout, or on a form, you agree to receive text messages from Maritime Seascapes at that number. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can buy from us without joining the text program.

The consent checkbox is unchecked by default. You must actively opt in.

You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number you provide, and that you are at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country. If your number changes or is reassigned, please tell us.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Marketing messages are typically no more than 4 per month. Transactional messages are sent as needed in relation to your order.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to every message you send and receive. Maritime Seascapes does not charge a fee for the program. Check with your carrier if you are unsure of your plan.

5. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages from the program, other than any message required to complete a transaction already in progress.

7. Supported Carriers and Delivery

The program is available on most major carriers in Canada and the United States. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network, your device, and factors outside our control, and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy and Your Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We share mobile information with subcontractors who provide support services to us, such as our messaging platform and customer service tools, only so that we can operate this program and fulfill your orders. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own marketing.

We do not sell, rent, or trade mobile phone numbers.
